It is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed pharmacist, physician, or other qualified healthcare provider, and it must not be used as the sole basis for any patient-care decision.
Intended audience
Intelligenist is designed for licensed healthcare professionals — including pharmacists, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical researchers — who are capable of independently evaluating drug information and applying it in context. If you are not a licensed healthcare professional, you should not rely on Intelligenist for decisions affecting your own health or the health of anyone else. Consult your own healthcare provider for personal medical questions.
Information, not instruction
Intelligenist surfaces information drawn from primary sources including FDA drug labels, peer-reviewed literature in PubMed, and publicly available clinical references. This information is presented to help professional users find and evaluate evidence — not to replace their clinical judgment. Before acting on any information surfaced by Intelligenist, users should:
- Verify the information against the original primary source
- Consider the patient's full clinical picture, including medical history, comorbidities, concurrent medications, allergies, and preferences
- Apply current standards of practice and institutional protocols
- Consult additional resources and colleagues when appropriate
No warranty
Intelligenist is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. DOMU, Inc. makes no warranty that the information is accurate, complete, current, reliable, or free from errors, and expressly disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Drug information changes frequently. Labels are updated, new studies are published, safety signals emerge, and recommendations evolve. Intelligenist may not always reflect the most current information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOMU, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Intelligenist — including any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information provided, or any decision made or action taken in reliance on that information. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Intelligenist is to stop using it.
Not a HIPAA-compliant environment
Intelligenist is not designed as a HIPAA-compliant environment. Do not submit protected health information (PHI) — such as patient names, identifiers, medical record numbers, or other information that could identify an individual — through the AI assistant or any other part of the Services. If you need to discuss a specific patient case, de-identify the information first.
Third-party content and links
Intelligenist may link to or display content from third-party sources (publishers, databases, government agencies, journals). DOMU is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party resources.
